1. Please pick your children up after practice from within the wrestling room, so that children do not need to use their phones in the hallways of the school.

2. Gatorade and Water is no longer allowed in the wrestling room. Please keep these items in the hallway outside the room.

3. Sign-up for the Union Grove duals this Wednesday must be done immediately. Practice will be held at the regular time with the remaining coaches for those who will not be attending the duals.
